Own our social presence and AI-powered content workflows. You'll manage Buttarflai's brand across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok while crafting and optimising AI prompts to generate content, automate engagement, and scale our voice.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging content — threads, reels, stories, and posts
- Design and refine AI prompts for content generation, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Build prompt-driven workflows to scale content production without losing brand voice
- Monitor trends in gamification, AI, and SaaS to stay relevant
- Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and conversions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing social media for a tech/SaaS brand
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar) for content creation
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for making technical products approachable
- Understanding of prompt engineering — crafting, testing, and iterating on AI prompts
- Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading analytics dashboards

Design and build beautiful, interactive interfaces for our marketing sites, partner dashboards, and embeddable game widgets. You sit at the intersection of design and code — Figma to production.
What You'll Do
- Design UI/UX for Buttarflai marketing pages and GamifyHost dashboard
- Build responsive, animated components with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Create design systems and component libraries that scale
- Collaborate with engineers to ship pixel-perfect implementations
- Prototype new game mechanics and campaign builder interfaces
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio showing both design and frontend implementation
- Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch) and React/Next.js
- Expert-level CSS — Tailwind, animations, responsive design
- Eye for typography, spacing, and micro-interactions

Turn raw gameplay and engagement data into actionable insights. You'll analyse millions of plays, reward distributions, and user journeys to help partners optimise their campaigns and help us improve our AI models.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas/numpy), and a BI tool (Metabase, Looker, or Tableau)
- Experience working with event-driven data and user behaviour analytics
- Strong communication skills — you can explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience with A/B testing frameworks or ML model evaluation

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile experiences for our gamification products. You'll work on the partner mobile app, embeddable game SDKs, and real-time interactive experiences that run on millions of devices.
What You'll Do
- Develop and ship features for our Flutter-based mobile applications
- Build reusable Flutter SDKs and widgets for partner integration
- Implement smooth animations and game-like interactions

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional Flutter/Dart development

Design, build, and deploy the AI systems that power Buttarflai — from the conversational AI Builder to personalised reward engines, adaptive game difficulty, and fraud detection models. You'll work at the intersection of machine learning and production software.
What You'll Do
- Build and improve the AI Builder — our conversational interface for creating gamification campaigns
- Develop ML models for reward personalisation, churn prediction, and engagement optimisation
- Design and maintain fraud detection systems that operate in real time
- Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to ship AI features end-to-end
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in an ML/AI engineering role shipping production models
- Strong Python skills — experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, tool use)
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure — model serving, feature stores, experiment tracking
- Bonus: experience with reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or real-time inference
